Four Seasons Resort: Maui at Wailea

Four Seasons MauiDiscover aloha enchantment with chic sophistication in the Island’s most spacious guest rooms. Bask in Maui’s driest, sunniest weather. Delight in the wealth of complimentary extras that have long been a signature of the Resort. On this white-sand crescent of Pacific paradise, allow Four Seasons to give you Wailea at its very best, and the high-value experience that has helped make it one of the world’s most acclaimed resorts. Enjoy sunset while lounging on the lanai with a drink, and views of humpback whales spouting in the distance at the top-scoring property in the United States. Designed in a U shape, the hotel is tasteful contemporary, island tropical. Guest rooms have koa woods, bright fabrics, carved bedposts, and Hawaiian rattan and bamboo. The food at Spago is all that it is cracked up to be, and more. Snorkeling offshore at Molikini Crater takes your breath away.

Ideal for adventure or relaxation, Maui’s natural majesty encompasses the verdant slopes of the West Maui Mountains, Haleakalā – a dormant volcano crowned by a landscape of lava rock – and the surrounding Pacific Ocean. On the southwestern coast, Wailea’s white-sand beaches are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, whale-watching and lazy strolls along the sand. A visit confirms the truth of the local saying “Maui No Ka Oi” – Maui is the best. Four Seasons offers a unique vantage point for exploring Maui – from the natural beauty of the national park to the magic of Hawaii’s underwater world.

SpagoMaster Chef Wolfgang Puck’s menu features a fusion of Hawaiian and Californian cuisine, with Pacific Rim flavours. Embracing the tradition of the Hawaiian Islands’ culinary techniques, Spago chefs use only the finest and freshest local ingredients. The menu offers Wolfgang Puck’s classics, plus many locally inspired dishes, using Hawaii’s premier produce, fish and meats. Spago’s master sommelier enhances the menu with an international wine programme and refreshing interpretations of classic Hawaiian cocktails. A special children’s menu, the first ever for Chef Puck, is available nightly to make the dining experience satisfying for the entire family.

Spago, a Mobil Four Star and AAA Four Diamond restaurant, features Asian-inspired contemporary design. Crafted with unique stone, wood and exotic textures, the room is sophisticated yet relaxed, with carefully selected furnishings that can provide family comfort and romantic evenings alike, whether indoors or on the lanai (balcony). A stunning bar and intimate lounge area allow guests to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach. The Spago dining room accommodates 135 guests, including lanai seating for 79, and additional private dining for up to 73 guests.
